Simpulse SL200 mobile data link modem is dedicated to mobile bi-directional transmission of data and video in challenging environments. The modem provides a best in class performance, robust and secure link with bitrate from 10 kbits/sec to 5 Mbits/sec for long range distance in Line-of-Sight (LOS) and Non-LOS conditions. Associated with Simpulse's GRS-T200 ground antenna, this proven solution is particularly dedicated to very long transmission range.
The SL200 is built around robust software-defined radio (SDR) technology that offers high sensitivity and robust synchronization in mobile environments, even under low signal-to-noise conditions. Simpulse's advanced signal processing core manages Doppler effect, interferences and multipaths. Sophisticated measurements optimize the link in real conditions, a robust control link is maintained beyond the nominal distance range. SL200 thus provides excellent quality of service for any transmissions (LOS and non-LOS) to ensure high and stable throughput of live HD video and data, as well as telemetry and control command, in one single device.
